With over 280 Division I and almost 250 Division II universities and colleges that offer NCAA baseball scholarships, the process of finding the right school can be quite frustrating and very time consuming.
Reaching out and contacting numerous coaches during this recruitment process and understanding the NCAA and NAIA rules and regulations can be a vigorous task for the average athlete and his family. If you are a serious athlete looking to further develop your baseball skills and use those skills to help you attend the college of your choice, our recruiting service can provide you with that opportunity. We want to help!
Many student-athletes get overlooked every year because they don't spend enough time promoting themselves. College recruiting resumes are not completed and not sent to the right schools. Athletes and their families should have realistic goals in choosing right college academically and athletically. High school baseball players have to realize that college baseball is played at various levels – DI, DII, DIII and Junior College. Academic standards are also performed at different levels and are categorized as less, moderate, and highly competitive.
It is extremely important for both the athletes and parents to be proactive during this process. We recommend that every student-athlete form a list of 10-15 schools of different levels and visit as many of those campuses as possible. Go when classes are in session to get a better feel of the college campus. We would also recommend that you try to attend a baseball game while visiting. This gives you a great opportunity to see the level of play of the players and the coaching style of the staff.
As a high school baseball player, it is very hard to market yourself. A college coach may receive upward to a 1,000 emails and phone calls during recruiting season and just doesn't have the time to respond or get out and see you play. It is especially difficult for the schools in the north due to the inclimate weather. This is where our 10 years of professional baseball experience can be very valuable to you.

Baseball is classified as an equivalency sport which gives coaches the opportunity to divide scholarship money between a large number of players. For example, 12 players could receive a 50% athletic scholarship as apposed to 6 "full rides," which is 100% athletic aid. Most schools offer package deals consisting of a combination of athletic, academic, and financial aid for those who qualify, as well as presidential scholarships. It is imperative that all student athletes focus on their grades by meeting academic standards and preparing for the SAT. After all, it is a student-athlete – student is the primary and athletics are secondary.
